After following these 4 easy steps you will definitely look younger. If you don’t look younger after following these steps correctly, you better look at yourself at the mirror because you may be dead or you have never been born. That’s how powerful these steps are when it comes to looking younger at 40+.

So, let’s break the ice here.

1- Work Our Minds…

Our first step is to work our minds to let us achieve our goal with no complications. Our mind power is the most important thing we must set up when we are trying to achieve our goals. No change can be done without setting up our minds.

After many recent studies, scientists have come to the conclusion that to make the achievement of a certain goal even easier you must convince your mind that you already achieved it. That is, if you want to look younger you must convince your mind that you already look younger. Look at the mirror and say to yourself: “How young I look!”. That way your mind will “work” your body to achieve those goals you have in less time. It’s like programming your subconscious mind.

So, in order to work our minds to achieve our goals we must do 3 things: write down our goals, read our goals every day and visualize our success.

2- Eat to become healthier

This is our second most important thing to consider. These days, we are being lied to when it comes to eating healthy foods. They tell that eating low fat foods is eating healthy. Wrong! Most of these low fat foods contain lots of sugar which result in obesity and sickness. Why? Because high sugar levels mean diabetes and fat gains.

To eat healthy you must avoid eating foods that contain high volumes of sugar and carbohidrates. And don’t eat just 3 meals a day, this guarantees fat gain. Eat 5-6 healthy meals (high protein, low sugar and carbs) so you can accelerate your metabolism, meaning fat loss. This helps you look fit and younger at the same time!

3- Get yourself some supplements

Supplements can boost your energy and promote your health. It promotes your health fighting free radicals (#1 cause of cancer). Increase the anti-oxidants in your body to help fight free radicals. And get yourself A, B and C vitamin containing supplements. I recommend high-potency multi-vitamin supplements.

4- Get fit and beat aging

Exercising is the last but not least of your steps. It really helps you look younger and to get into shape, meaning a healthy body. But walking isn’t just enough to look fit and healthy. You need resistance training (weights) and cardio training (aerobics).

Muscle loss is the most noticeable aging symptom. So, why not avoid this symptom by joining its enemy? Get yourself to the gym and show your age you ain’t going to look weak and wrinkled. As a side note, don’t over train! Do at least 45 mins of workout at the gym for 3 times a week.

Cardio Training (aerobics) works your cardiovascular system. It also helps you burn some extra calories. But the most important thing is it helps your heart feel healthy. Don’t over do it either! Do some cardio training at least 2 times a week. Wear nice and comfy clothes when cardio training.

Change the intensity of your training whenever you feel like you can feel comfortable doing it. With all these 4 steps combined you can be 100% sure you’ll be looking younger in no time!
