The problem is, lots of of those people carried the disappointment they felt from learning that they couldn't do the jobs that they wanted as babies into their adult lives.
But even the most frivolous dreams have meaning. If one person's life is touched by that dream-whether they are inspired, changed, or simply lightened-then that dream has power and meaning.
We have all heard about nightmares, might have even had a couple of them, but what about the Goodmares are they good and useful to us? The ..mares might not be but our dreams of what we want to do or who we want to be are.

This is a question that most people grapple with from time to time and it has largely been on my mind this past week. You see one of the best people I know -- my Uncle Carl -- had a very bad accident this week. While working on the wood lot with his son, his hand got caught in a log splitter. In the end the damage was so severe that his left hand had to be amputated.
You can learn a lot from being a pet owner and the lessons begin from the first day your furry family member steps into your life and continue after you say your final farewell.
One day when my son related the story of Jonah to Fred the green rabbit I was struck by how close to home the story strikes--for Noah, for me, for all of us.
